01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

tay365 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") is an online gaming platform operated under a valid Philippine gaming license. The Platform provides sports betting, casino games, card games including Pusoy, live bingo rooms, virtual sports, esports betting, and related services exclusively to eligible players in the Philippines.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and tay365. Your use of the tay365 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by tay365 — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

tay365 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are found to be unmet. Any winnings generated through an ineligible account may be forfeited and the account balance may be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any bonus amounts.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one (1) active tay365 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same network — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering on tay365, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID, a valid mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tay365 account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. tay365 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or chat. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your tay365 account, you must contact our customer support team immediately. tay365 recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available and using a unique, strong password for your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tay365 is required by Philippine gaming regulations to conduct identity verification on all player accounts. You may be asked to submit copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used on your account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by tay365 may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tay365 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). tay365 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Accepted Payment Methods

tay365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, and internet banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted for deposits.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit on tay365 is ₱100.
• tay365 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — tay365 is not responsible for these charges.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your tay365 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount on tay365 is ₱200.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit on your tay365 account, unless the original payment method is no longer available, in which case identity verification and written request are required.
• tay365 processes most GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• tay365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.
• Bonus balances and funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable conditions are fully met.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

tay365 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are stated in full on the individual promotion page at the time of offer. The following general rules apply to all tay365 bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered tay365 players only. One bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.

06 Betting Rules

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the tay365 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or any other technical reason are not valid and will not be settled. tay365 recommends verifying all bets in your bet history after placement.

Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed on tay365, it cannot be cancelled by the player unless a specific cash-out or cancellation feature is available for that particular market, and the player exercises that option within the permitted window.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

tay365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that resulted from a technical error, pricing error, or obvious mistake on the part of the Platform. In such cases, tay365 will notify affected players and refund the stake amount to their account balance. tay365 will not honor winnings derived from clearly incorrect pricing or technical malfunctions.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type, market, and current Platform settings. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting interface within tay365 and may change from time to time. tay365 also reserves the right to set individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tay365 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one tay365 account, or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on tay365.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, platform bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, or using tay365 for any money laundering activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your tay365 account or account credentials to any third party.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other tay365 players or staff through any channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any geographic restriction, age restriction, or self-exclusion measure in place on the tay365 platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

tay365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Philippine players. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. This content is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

Your tay365 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the tay365 platform or its content without the prior written consent of tay365.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, tay365's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tay365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, connectivity issues, or any event outside tay365's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or third-party service provider outages).

tay365 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. While we make every effort to maintain a stable and reliable service, scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

tay365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account on tay365, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tay365 collects personal information including your name, contact details, date of birth, government ID details, device information, IP address, transaction history, and gaming activity. This data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, comply with Philippine gaming regulations, detect fraud and prohibited activities, and improve the tay365 platform and services.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a player breach, tay365 will return the player's verified deposit balance after any applicable processing checks.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tay365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tay365 will notify registered players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at tay365.best/terms-conditions. Continued use of the tay365 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your tay365 account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
